3. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days within India.
• International shipping: 10-15 business days (varies by destination).
• Tracking information shared via WhatsApp once dispatched.

4. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and natural nature of our products:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds issued to original payment method.
• Shipping charges non-refundable unless return is our error.

• Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
