- We accept payments via WhatsApp order confirmation, UPI, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
- Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days within India.
- International shipping: 10-15 business days (varies by destination).
- Tracking information shared via WhatsApp once dispatched.
4. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and natural nature of our products:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds issued to original payment method.
- Shipping charges non-refundable unless return is our error.

- Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
